Trust What You're Feeling

Signs your implants deserve a closer look.

Dental implants have a very high success rate — but when something is off, it rarely fixes itself. Patients often live with a nagging problem for months because they don't want to be a bother, or because they're afraid of what they'll hear. If any of these sound familiar, an evaluation is worth an hour of your time:

  • An implant, bridge, or full-arch restoration that feels loose, rocks, or clicks
  • Pain, pressure, or discomfort around an implant that isn't going away
  • Swollen, tender, or bleeding gums around an implant — or a bad taste that returns
  • Teeth that chip, loosen, or repeatedly need to be re-glued or re-adjusted
  • A restoration you paid good money for — that you still can't comfortably eat with
  • A treatment plan or price from another office that you'd like an independent read on

Problems around implants are usually easier — and less costly — to address when they're caught early.

Why Patients Come to Aria

A second opinion is only useful if it's an expert one.

Evaluating troubled implants takes more experience than placing them in ideal conditions. This is the work Aria was built for.

Dr. Joe Mehranfar's Experience

Over 3,000 full-mouth implant patients treated, board-certified by examination (Diplomate, American Board of Oral Implantology), and a surgeon who teaches implant dentistry to other dentists worldwide.

Diagnosis You Can See

Your free 3D CT scan shows the bone around every implant, the fit of your restoration, and anything hiding under the surface. We review it with you, on screen, in plain language.

An In-House Digital Lab

Ill-fitting or repeatedly breaking teeth are often a lab problem. Aria designs and crafts restorations in our own on-site digital laboratory — so remakes and repairs don't depend on a lab across the country.

Transparent, Published Pricing

Aria publishes its full-arch pricing openly — rare in this industry. If treatment is recommended, you'll know exactly what it costs and can compare it directly against any other quote.

Judgment-Free, Blame-Free

We're not here to criticize anyone's previous work — complications happen for many reasons. We're here to tell you the truth about where you stand and what your options are.

No Obligation — Ever

Some second opinions confirm you're on the right track, and we'll tell you that too. You'll never be pressured into treatment. The consultation is free either way.

How It Works

Three steps to knowing where you stand.

1

Come In for a Free Evaluation

Call or text 602-877-0429. Bring any records or treatment plans you have — helpful, but not required. Your visit includes a complimentary 3D CT scan.

2

See the Full Picture

We review your scan with you and explain honestly what's going on — with your implants, your bone, and your restoration — and what options exist.

3

Decide With Confidence

If treatment makes sense, you'll get a clear plan with transparent pricing and financing options. If it doesn't, you'll have peace of mind. Either way, you decide.

Free · Confidential · No Obligation

Stop wondering. Start knowing.

You've lived with the question long enough. One visit gives you an expert, independent answer about your implants — and a path forward if you want one.

Questions & Answers

Second opinion questions, answered.

In many cases, yes — but the right answer depends on why the implant is struggling, which is exactly what a proper evaluation determines. A 3D CT scan shows the condition of the implant, the bone around it, and the restoration on top of it. From there, options may include adjusting or remaking the restoration, treating the tissue around the implant, or removing and replacing the implant — sometimes as part of a full-arch solution. An evaluation is required before any options can be given, and individual results vary.

Nothing. Your second opinion consultation at Aria is complimentary and includes a 3D CT scan. You'll leave with an honest, independent assessment — and if treatment is appropriate, a clear plan with real pricing. No obligation either way.

Common warning signs include an implant or bridge that feels loose or moves, ongoing pain around an implant, swollen or bleeding gums nearby, a bad taste or odor that keeps returning, difficulty chewing, or teeth that repeatedly chip or come loose. If any of these sound familiar, get evaluated promptly — implant problems are usually easier to address when caught early.

No. Our job is to help you, not to assign blame. Implant complications can happen for many reasons — including some no one could have predicted. What you'll get from us is a clear, honest explanation of what your scan shows and what your options are from here.

We regularly evaluate patients who began treatment elsewhere — failing full-arch work, loose bridges, and implants placed years ago. Because Aria has its own in-house digital dental laboratory, we can often design and craft replacement restorations on-site. Whether and how we can help depends on your specific situation — that's what the free evaluation determines.

If you have any hesitation — about the diagnosis, the approach, or the price — yes. Implant treatment is a significant investment in your health, and a good provider will never be offended by a second opinion. Bring your existing plan and we'll give you an independent read, with our published pricing to compare against.
