Full-Mouth Dental Implants · Phoenix, AZ
Full-mouth dental implants replace an entire arch of missing or failing teeth with permanent, fixed teeth — so you can eat the foods you love, speak clearly, and smile without thinking twice.
New 2026 pricing
The experience of Dr. Joe Mehranfar paired with pricing that's unmatched in the Valley — so a permanent, fixed smile is finally within reach.
Pricing is per arch and reflects cash or check payment. A consultation and 3D CT scan are required before any treatment plan is provided. For All-on-6, some patients may not have enough bone to support all six implants; your candidacy is confirmed at your consultation. Flexible financing is available.
We understand what you're living with
It rarely happens all at once. A painful tooth you learn to chew around. A gap you train your smile to hide. A denture that fits a little worse every year. Before long, you've quietly rearranged your whole life around your teeth.
Maybe you've stopped smiling in photos, or you keep a hand near your mouth when you laugh. Maybe dinner with friends feels like a test — scanning the menu for something soft, cutting everything into small pieces, hoping nothing slips. Many of our patients tell us they had learned to eat with only a few teeth, and had given up steak, apples, corn on the cob — the foods they used to love.
And it's about more than comfort. Missing and painful teeth change how — and what — you eat, and over time that affects your nutrition and your overall health, not just your oral health. Failing teeth and gum disease add infection and inflammation your body has to fight every day, and loose dentures accelerate bone loss in the jaw.
None of this is your fault — and you don't have to keep living around it. Full-mouth dental implants exist for exactly this moment: fixed teeth that let you smile in public without thinking about it, order what you actually want, and feel like yourself again.

The Aria solution
Full-mouth restoration at Aria replaces an entire arch — or both arches — with fixed teeth anchored to dental implants. Your plan is designed around your anatomy, your health, and your goals.
Your new teeth are securely attached to implants. No slipping, no adhesives, no soaking overnight — they're part of you.
For many patients that's the All-on-4® treatment concept; for others, a different implant configuration fits better. Your 3D CT scan decides — not a one-size-fits-all formula.
A custom fixed provisional smile is attached before you leave, so you're never without teeth while your implants heal.
Our in-house digital lab and NobelProcera® partnership deliver your final custom zirconia teeth in as little as 21 days — not months.
Severe bone loss? For severe atrophic cases, Dr. Caesar Butura — one of Arizona's leading oral surgeons — joins your treatment team.
Surgery, restoration, and lab work all happen at Aria — with the same clinical team at every visit.
Your clinical team
Full-mouth restoration is a team effort at Aria — surgical placement, restorative design, and complex-case expertise working together under one roof.

The Aria digital advantage
Most practices send your case out and make you wait months. At Aria, everything happens under one roof.
Our digital workflow was developed by Dr. Joe through years of clinical experience and collaboration with Nobel Biocare and SprintRay® — powered by Imetric and DEXIS™ technology for 3D planning, guided surgery, and precision 3D printing.
Because our laboratory team works directly with our doctors under one roof, communication is enhanced, turnaround times are reduced, and quality control is maintained throughout your entire treatment.
Fixed teeth the day of surgery. Final zirconia in as little as 21 days.

Cost, insurance & financing
You won't find a price list on our website, and that's intentional. Here's why — and what you can expect instead.
No two treatment plans are alike — your anatomy, your health, and your goals shape your plan. A one-size-fits-all price on a website wouldn't be honest. Instead, you receive complete, exact pricing at your consultation, so there are no surprises.
Full-mouth dental implant treatment in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Surprise area ranges from $10,000 to $25,000 per arch (jaw). At your complimentary consultation, we walk you through the fee for your specific plan — clearly, in plain language.
We utilize multiple third-party financing companies, with monthly payment plans available with approved credit — so you can find the monthly payment that fits your budget.
We do not accept dental insurance — but we complete and submit the claim forms for our patients. Some patients have told us they received a partial reimbursement from their insurance toward their treatment — every plan is different.
The challenge for patients is finding the right provider — one with real experience in these complex treatments, who will still be there when there are issues. With the influx of corporate dentistry, patients have faced practices closing, or the dentist who treated them no longer being there.
And with discount implant centers on billboards offering the lowest pricing, there are always stipulations behind the "low-cost" number. Is general anesthesia included? What is the skill set of the surgical and restorative dentists? When centers charge the lowest prices, they are unable to pay the surgeon or restorative dentist at a rate suitable for the experience this type of treatment requires.
Always ask the right questions before you make an investment that will impact you for the rest of your life.
